Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled after they are confirmed.
However, if you need to modify your order details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition as received

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
