Shipping Charges
Shipping charges apply only to orders below $50.
Orders with a total value of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
This tracking number allows you to follow your package from dispatch until it arrives at your delivery address.

Lost or Missing Packages
Monserae™ is not responsible for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is correct before placing your order.
If an issue occurs due to an error on our side, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no additional cost.
